Because I love the job.

2003
What are your memorable moments as a firefighter or EMS provider?
- Graduating from the paramedic program
- Becoming the fire chief in my small hometown
- Securing significant grants that directly benefited my community
What contributions have you (and your department) made in your community?
We run the largest drone program in the state of Pennsylvania. Our department also offers one of the most comprehensive sets of emergency services around, including a dive team, drone team, K9 search and rescue, swift water rescue team, underwater drone team, ALS/EMS services (non-transport), technical rescue, vehicle rescue, and structural firefighting.
