Prepare Your Community Before a Wildfire Strikes

Wildfires impact communities across the country, but there are steps residents can take to better prepare their homes before disaster strikes. The NVFC and U.S. Forest Service provide the Wildland Fire Assessment Program to train fire service volunteers on how to conduct home assessments and make recommendations to help homeowners protect their property from wildfires.
