NIOSH Releases Investigation Report on Warehouse Fire

The NIOSH Fire Fighter Fatality Investigation and Prevention Program (FFFIPP) has released a report on the line-of-duty death of a career firefighter during a warehouse fire at an unpermitted film studio in Georgia. View report and corresponding slides. FFFIPP accept requests for serious injury and line-of-duty death investigations through the NIOSH web site.
