Free Course on Workplace Violence Prevention for First Responders Now Available

Up to 93 percent of fire and EMS responders experience an act of verbal and/or physical violence at least once. To help address this issue, the International Association of Fire Fighters partnered with Drexel University’s Center for Firefighter Injury Research and Safety Trends to create a course that equips fire and EMS responders with the skills and knowledge to protect themselves in violent situations. The course is now available and free to all. Take it here.
