FEMA is Hosting Webinars on AFG and SAFER in January

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is hosting a series of workshops this month to provide fire departments tips and updates to help them prepare for the upcoming Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) application period. In addition, FEMA is also hosting turndown webinars to help departments that did not receive a Staffing for Adequate Fire and Emergency Response (SAFER) grant gain better insight into the evaluation process.
