Application Period Now Open for National Fire Academy Courses

The U.S. Fire Administration’s National Fire Academy (NFA) application period is now open. Apply through October 15 for on-campus courses scheduled from January through March 2026. These classes are being held at the NETC campus in Emmitsburg, MD. View the complete list of courses with vacancies. NFA pays for student travel, instructor, and material costs as well as provides lodging. Apply using the electronic application form here.
