The Air Medical Operators Association (AMOA) produced an 8-minute training video to help first responders safely establish and manage helicopter landing zones (LZs) for patient transport. The video provides practical guidance for firefighters and other first responders on setting up safe and effective LZs, including safety, communication, and coordination between ground personnel and flight teams during patient transport operations.
