Why are you an NVFC member?
I initially joined through my department; after the first few years, I had the opportunity to really take advantage of the membership perks. I try to take part in the numerous training opportunities that come up that other associations and organizations don’t seem to offer. I feel like the NVFC is something I want to be part of.

What practices help you stay physically and mentally strong for your crew?
