Application Period Opens August 3 for National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer Program

The application period for the U.S. Fire Administration’s National Fire Academy (NFA) Executive Fire Officer (EFO) Program will open on August 3 and close either August 31 or when 500 applications have been received, whichever comes first.

The internationally recognized EFO Program is designed for senior fire and emergency services leaders seeking to enhance their leadership skills, expand their professional knowledge, and improve their ability to address complex issues facing the fire and emergency services.

Due to the limited application period and enrollment cap, interested candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
