Teresa Torsiello-Miller is a lieutenant and recruitment and retention coordinator with the Waynesville (MO) Rural Fire Protection District. She joined the fire service in 2014, proudly following in her grandfather’s footsteps. Teresa is passionate about keeping her community engaged and informed on fire prevention and about helping provide mental health resources to first responders in need.
