I am an NVFC member because of their focus on the health and safety of volunteer firefighters like myself.

What is your occupation?
Fire science professional

Why are you a fire service volunteer?
I am a volunteer firefighter now to serve my community and give back to them just a little for allowing me to have had a career in the fire service.

What year did you join the fire or emergency services?
2007

What are your memorable moments as a firefighter or EMS provider?
The lifelong friendships I have found with other firefighters and the citizens I have helped when responding to a call.

What contributions have you (and your department) made in your community?
Over the years with various departments I have, with a lot of help from the rest of my crew on a given day or night, saved property and lives.
