Promising Trend for Volunteer Firefighting Recruitment

A blog post from the National Fire Protection Association highlighted a promising trend when it comes to recruiting volunteer firefighters. Google Trends designated the search term “how to become a volunteer firefighter” as a breakout trend in November 2021, meaning the search term saw more than 5,000% increase than usual. Take advantage of increased interest in volunteering with recruitment tools from the NVFC’s Make Me A Firefighter campaign.
