NVFC Earns Platinum Seal of Transparency

The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) has earned a 2021 Platinum Seal of Transparency from GuideStar. Now, everyone can see the organization’s strategy, metrics, and achievements. Organizations that have a Seal of Transparency demonstrate their commitment to transparency while telling their real stories. The Platinum Seal is the highest level an organization can reach.

“The NVFC is a transparent organization, and I’m proud that we were able to achieve GuideStar’s highest seal,” said Heather Schafer, CEO of the NVFC.
