Annual physicals are especially important for firefighters to make sure they are ready for the strenuous work they perform. The NVFC has joined with other national fire service organizations to produce a one-pager that firefighters can take to their primary care provider to let them know the unique occupational risks firefighters face so they can make the appropriate decisions about screenings and treatments.
