The Eastern Transportation Coalition is hosting a Distracted Driving/Move Over Conference on May 8-10 in Linthicum Heights, MD. The theme of the conference is “A Unified Approach to Driving Change on the Roadway.” Speakers and attendees will represent multiple public safety disciplines and other key stakeholders in roadway safety.
