Each year, the first Saturday in May is designated as Wildfire Community Preparedness Day to raise awareness and encourage action to reduce wildfire risks. Whether on this day or any time of year, you can help your community protect their property and be better prepared before a wildfire strikes with the Wildland Fire Assessment Program.
