Why are you an NVFC member?
To connect with departments and members throughout the country to share techniques for learning, growing, and serving our communities.

What is your occupation?

Why are you a fire service volunteer?
To provide support assistance to our community and be part of a county organization focused on first responders’ development, growth, and community involvement. And I love giving back.

What year did you join the fire or emergency services?

What are your memorable moments as a firefighter or EMS provider?
Being able to make a difference on every call or support role.

What contributions have you (and your department) made in your community?
During past hurricanes we covered every street in our fire district to provide MRE and water when there was no electricity, warmth, or food service available. We continue to promote fire services through community events, dinners, and activities. We also provide exciting birthday celebration events for our youngsters as well as celebrations of life with a convoy with full lights and siren. Our goal is to make a difference every day.
