Many fire and EMS departments use National Volunteer Week in April to engage with their communities and recruit new volunteers. However, with COVID-19-related considerations making traditional recruitment methods difficult, how can departments take advantage of this annual event while still prioritizing the health and wellbeing of their members and the public?
