Congratulations to First Recipient of the 2022 MSA Cairns® XF1 Fire Helmet Giveaway

Next entry period will open June 1

MSA Safety and the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) are working together to provide the most innovative and up-to-date technology to help first responders improve their health and safety. That’s why three volunteer firefighters who are NVFC members will receive a personalized MSA Cairns® XF1 Fire Helmet in 2022.

The first entry period was open in April. The winner from this entry period is Maggie Zimmerman of Breckenridge-Wheeler Township Fire and Rescue in Breckenridge, MI.

There will be two more opportunities to enter to win an MSA Cairns® XF1 Fire Helmet this year. One firefighter will be awarded one helmet via random selection with each entry period. Participants must be an active volunteer firefighter and a member of the NVFC at their time of entry.

The next entry period opens on June 1. Stay tuned to the NVFC web site and Dispatch enewsletter for details. Learn more about the helmet and giveaway at www.nvfc.org/helmet.

In addition to this individual giveaway, MSA has also partnered with the NVFC and DuPont Personal Protection to provide turnout gear and helmets to volunteer fire departments in need through the 2022 MSA and DuPont’s Globe Gear Giveaway. Learn more and apply by June 1 at www.nvfc.org/gear.
