NVFC Announces 2021 Training Summit and 2020 Virtual Preview

In response to the worldwide pandemic, the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) has postponed its in-person 2020 Training Summit. The next Summit will now take place May 21-22, 2021, in Orlando, FL. In the meantime, first responders and emergency personnel nationwide are invited to get a first look at the 2021 event at the free Virtual Preview, taking place June 26-27, 2020.
The 2021 NVFC Training Summit will feature renowned subject matter experts from a variety of fire service backgrounds. The final schedule is in progress and registration will open soon. Stay tuned to www.nvfc.org/summit for updates.
On June 26-27, the NVFC will host a free online event to provide crucial training in our current environment, while allowing potential attendees the opportunity to sample next year’s course offerings. Each day will feature approximately three hours of training, including keynote speakers and breakout sessions.
