Nomination Deadline Extended for Small Town America Civic Volunteer Award

The Small Town America Civic Volunteer Award nomination deadline has been extended to September 15. Through this program, 100 outstanding local government volunteers – including firefighters and EMS providers – in communities under 5,000 will be recognized for their service. All honorees will receive a CivicPlus web site for their local government, and the top three will receive a cash prize to help with local volunteer recruitment and retention. Local government representatives can nominate volunteers here.
