New WebWISER Release Now Available

The new release WebWISER 4.5 is now available from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The two major updates in this release are content from the Emergency Response Guidebook (ERG) 2012 and information from Chemical Hazards Emergency Medical Management (CHEMM), including the following new features:
- home screen for all WISER profiles New hospital provider and preparedness planner profiles, along with a customized
- Acute care guidelines for six known mass casualty agents/agent classes
- The addition of other CHEMM reference material
The CHEMM Intelligent Syndrome Tool (CHEMM-IST) is also included within this release. CHEMM-IST is a new tool designed to diagnose the type of chemical exposure after a mass casualty incident based on symptoms of people at the scene of a suspicious incident or mass casualty incident.
WebWISER is a free resource as a stand-alone application on Microsoft Windows PCs, Apple's iOS devices, Google Android devices, BlackBerry devices (internet connectivity required), Windows Mobile devices, and Palm OS PDAs.
