National Fire Academy Second Semester Application Period

The application period for the second semester of National Fire Academy (NFA) resident classes is open through December 15. The second semester includes those classes scheduled from April 1 to September 30, 2016.  
 
December 15 is also the closing date for the Managing Officer (MO) program. This is the one time per year that you can apply. Learn more about the MO program. 
 
All students are required to register for a Student Identification Number (SID). This number is used in place of the Social Security Number on the General Admissions Application form. Register for a SID here
