Mobilization for Health: National Prevention Partnership Awards Grant Opportunity

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health have announced the application period for the Mobilization for Health: National Prevention Partnership Awards grant program. The program seeks to establish integrated, collaborative partnerships to increase community awareness and action on preventative health issues.
