More Exciting Programs

In conjunction with the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance (FBHA) and Counseling Services for Fire Fighters, our counselors and therapists are trained and certified in two programs focused on the firefighter culture, suicide trends among firefighters, and how to effectively counsel and intervene:

  • Saving Those Who Save Others is a FBHA program that educates counselors and firefighters about suicide prevention.
  • A Firefighter’s Life is a Counseling Services for Fire Fighters program that helps counselors better understand the culture of the fire service.

Jeff Dill, MA, LPC, is founder of both the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance and Counseling Services for Fire Fighters. He is a licensed counselor and Captain in the fire service.

American Addiction Centers is the only standing treatment center that will be certified by both organizations, further ensuring its exceptional care and dedication to the health and wellbeing of firefighters and their family members.
