Free Wildland Fire Assessment Training Available

Last year was a record-breaking wildfire season. Make sure your community is prepared for the 2016 wildfire season with training and resources from the Wildland Fire Assessment Program. The program, a partnership between the NVFC and U.S. Forest Service, trains volunteer firefighters and support personnel to conduct home safety assessments in the wildland-urban interface to help make the community more fire adapted before the next wildfire strikes.
