Fire Department Code of Conduct

It is critical for fire and emergency service agencies to have – and enforce – a code of conduct for its members. This protects the department and its members by providing specific expectations, responsibilities, and behaviors that all members must adhere to. It requires members to uphold public trust, treat the public and each other respectfully, and always act ethically and with integrity.
