File Your World Trade Center Service by 9/11/14

If you participated in the rescue, recovery, or clean-up of the World Trade Center through September 12, 2002, register your service with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board by 9/11/14 to preserve your rights to future benefits if you should ever need them. This includes duty at Ground Zero, Fresh Kills Landfill, on the barges, the piers, or at the morgues. The WTC-12 form should be filed whether you were injured or not and whether you were employed or volunteered. All forms must be notarized and received by the Board by 9/11/14.
