DHS to Host Webinar on Ambulance Interior Decontamination on April 25

The Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate will host a webinar for members of the First Responder Resource Group on April 25 at 1pm Eastern Time to address Ambulance Interior Decontamination. Members of the NVFC are invited to participate in the webinar.

The webinar will discuss a commercial fixed and mobile decontamination solution involving the use of a lower concentration mist application of hydrogen peroxide. The process was developed by a doctor and former EMS Director and is backed by testing and results verification. The webinar will provide an overview of the application process, science, R&D, and current application and use of the technology by first responders.
