State Association Membership

State fire associations best representing the volunteers of their state are state members of the NVFC. Each state association elects or appoints a Director who participates in NVFC meetings and on NVFC committees and other activities. The state association may also elect or appoint an Alternate Director who may also attend meetings and participate, but does not have a vote in the organization. Membership also includes eligibility to join the Firemen's Association of the State of New York (FASNY) Federal Credit Union. The NVFC currently has representation in 49 states. Annual dues are $500.00 per year.
