9-1-1 Honor Award Nominations Due January 30
The E9-1-1 Institute is now accepting nominations for the 6th annual 9-1-1 Honor Awards. Nominations must be received by midnight on January 30. Heroes and leaders in the 9-1-1 field will be honored by the Institute and the Congressional E9-1-1 Caucus during a special ceremony on March 24.
The 9-1-1 Honor Awards recognize individuals or groups of individuals who have shown dedication and leadership that relates to the mission of the E9-1-1 Institute. Nominations are being accepted in the following categories:
- Citizen In Action Award
- 9-1-1 Call Taker/Dispatcher Award
- First Responder Award
- Government Leader Award (Federal/State/Local)
- Industry Professional Award
- 9-1-1 Technician Award
- Outstanding 9-1-1 Call Center
- Outstanding 9-1-1 Program Award
