NVFC Welcomes All State Members
The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) has partnered with several of its member state fire and emergency service associations to introduce the All State Member option. Through this special promotion, individuals can join the NVFC through their state association and receive the many great benefits of an NVFC Personal Member for the low rate of just $10 a year. Benefits include a $10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) policy through Provident Agency.
“We have received thousands of new members through the All State Membership promotion, and we welcome each of these individuals to the NVFC,” said NVFC Executive Director Heather Schafer. “We look forward to expanding this opportunity to even more states in the near future.”
The All State Member option has been a great success in North Carolina and Texas, with Georgia and Arkansas recently launching the promotion as well. More states are expected to offer the option in the coming months. Through All State Membership, the state association offers NVFC membership to their current members during their annual dues billing, either as an option on the invoice or posted on the state association web site. The promotion has resulted in over 7,000 new NVFC members from North Carolina and 4,000 new members from Texas.
If your state is not currently participating in the All State Membership option, consider joining the NVFC as an All Staff Department. Through this promotion, if all members of a fire or emergency service department join the NVFC, the rate for each Personal Membership is only $10 and the Department Membership fee is waived.

- Discounted registration to FirehouseWorld, Firehouse Expo, and Firehouse Central
- Discount on dress uniforms from Lighthouse Uniform Company
- Special discount offers on products from NVFC partners
