Register for This Week’s Fire Corps Academy Training Courses

Fire Corps is hosting five free training webinars this week. Attend these sessions to learn about topics ranging from starting and managing a Fire Corps program to increasing the effectiveness of your program through marketing, collaboration, and disaster response efforts.

Fire Corps is a volunteer program in which community members assist their local fire department with non-emergency tasks. This frees up department members to focus on training and response activities. The Fire Corps Academy offers training to help departments and local Fire Corps volunteers start, expand, and/or participate in a Fire Corps program.

The following courses will be offered this week:

Tuesday, January 24th
FC-100: Introduction to Fire Corps at 11:00 am EST
FC-200: Starting and Implementing a Program at 1:00 pm EST
FC-400: Marketing Your Program at 3:00 pm EST

Friday, January 27th
FC-201: Achieving More through Collaboration at 11:00 am EST
FC-301: Fire Corps in Disaster Response at 1:00 pm EST
