Enter to Win a Wildfire Foam Suppression System from Michigan Power Cleaning

Michigan Power Cleaning is now accepting applications for its 2011 Operation Wildfire Program. Through the program, Michigan Power Cleaning will be giving away one UHP brush fire foam rig. The unit will be awarded on July 4.

With the severity of this year’s wildfire season, departments needing additional equipment to help in their wildfire suppression efforts should consider applying.  The donated UHP brush fire foam rig has a 60 gallon water tank, a 2.5 gallon foam tank, a 3.5 gpm Cat pump producing 1500 psi, a 6hp Kohler engine, a 200 ft hose reel, and a twin foam gun that can apply class A or B foam in a straight stream or a wider white line pattern.

Learn more and find the application for the 2011 Operation Wildfire Program at www.michiganpowercleaning.com. Questions can be directed to Michigan Power Cleaning at 800-654-0480 or bbecktold@sbcglobal.net.

The recipient of the 2010 Operation Wildfire UHP foam skid brush rig donation was Pembroke Fire Protection District (pictured below), a volunteer department in St. Anne, IL. With 157 calls in 2009, 60 were wildfire calls.
