Attend Free Fire Corps Training This Week

Fire Corps is offering five free webinars this Thursday and Friday. The webinars are designed to help fire department personnel and community volunteers start, expand, and market a local Fire Corps program.

Fire Corps is a way for departments to expand their capacity by using community volunteers to perform non-emergency tasks. The following courses will be offered on December 8 and 9:

Thursday, December 8

• 11:00 am EST - FC-201: Achieving More through Collaboration
• 1:00 pm EST - FC-301: Fire Corps in Disaster Response
• 3:00 pm EST - FC-400: Marketing your Program

Friday, December 9

• 11:00 am EST - FC-100: Introduction to Fire Corps
• 1:00 pm EST - FC-200: Starting and Implementing a Program
